The philosophy behind our trademark and its name are two fold:
Provision of expertise and documentation for the validation or qualification of a specific computerised or analytical system r computer system.
Training personnel and technology transfer to enable clients to maintain the validation without any further consultancy.
This philosophy is important, as regulatory agencies will inspect client firms but not consultants. Therefore, we strongly encourage all clients to place emphasis on training and technology transfer during any projects that we are involved with to ensure that when they are inspected, they have the knowledge and understanding to answer regulatory questions with confidence.
